The Robin Hood Hotel in Waverley will be raising a glass or two in celebration of famous indie film director, Wes Anderson, tonight from 6pm.
As part of the celebrations, the first in a series of film director focused events that will roll out over summer, the Hotel will host a pop-up art exhibition in conjunction with AU Creative Network with pieces from local artists inspired by Wes Anderson films fromThe Life Aquatic to Fantastic Mr Fox and The Grand Budapest Hotel.
A refreshing new summer cocktail list will also be unveiled at the event on the terrace with exclusive first tastings of brand spanking new Bill F*cking Murray Malt Liquor that’s not to be missed.
Luke Prout, licensee at the Robin Hood Hotel, explains: “This summer, the Hotel is going to be hosting a series of pop-up exhibitions and events in tribute to our favourite film directors, which we think will offer something a little different to the good people of Waverley. It’s all a bit of fun and we’re inviting everyone to get dressed up for the event and come along to enjoy a few of our new cocktails while taking in some art. What’s not to love about that!”
