Tickets for the highly anticipated 2014 season of St.George OpenAir
Cinema went on sale today, with 20 000 tickets selling in the first
fifteen minutes of pre-sales alone, breaking the record previously set
during last year’s pre-sales.
The 2014 season went on sale at 9am and saw 16 sell outs in the first 30
minutes, including the opening night film TRACKS, CAPTAIN PHILLIPS, HER,
THE WOLF OF WALL STREET, GRAVITY, DALLAS BUYERS CLUB, THE RAILWAY MAN,
MANDELA: LONG WALK TO FREEDOM, AMERICAN HUSTLE, THE SECRET LIFE OF
WALTER MITTY, CUBAN FURY, THE BOOK THIEF, RUSH and more.
A limited number of tickets remain available to a selection of great

One of Sydney’s most sought after events, St.George OpenAir Cinema
features an extraordinary line up of films, including 15 premiere and
preview screenings, all the major summer releases and a selection of the
best art house films of 2013. The 2014 season will run from 10 January
to 15 February 2014 at Mrs Macquaries Point, Sydney, against the
stunning backdrop spanning the Harbour Bridge, Opera House and city
skyline.
